Subtotals and grand totals on Provider Production and Applied Collections reports not accurate

When running the Provider Production Report or the Applied Collections Report for multiple locations, the column subtotals and grand totals on the report are not summing accurately, but the row totals are accurate.

For now, to ensure that you have correct provider totals, we recommend running the reports for each location separately. Or, you can export the combined report to Excel and add your own sum function to create totals.
Correcting this issue is a priority of our Power Reporting development team.
