Error on Server when Attempting to Post Procedures

    Verify that the notes for the procedure do not exceed the 255-character maximum.

    Note: This may occur if you had your practice data converted to Dentrix Ascend from another practice management software.

    As a workaround, so that you can post the procedure, copy the notes to a clinical note, or take a screenshot of the notes and save the image (as a .jpg) in the Document Manager (images in the Document Manager can be attached to claims).
