Why is the custom report not exporting and clinical report not printing?
A few users have asked this question. When working on a custom report, or patient clinical report, and you are ready to export/print, it does not seem like it is exporting/printing and there are no error messages.
Each time we, in support, have seen this come up, it has been discovered that Chrome pop-up blocker is causing this. It is really simple to resolve as well.
Just look in the far right of the address bar for the chrome pop-up blocked icon ...
and click on it and then allow access.
Export your custom report one more time and it will open a new tab on Chrome and download.
