What information populates under the FYI field on Patient's printed route slip

There is an FYI on the printed route slip. Where does this pull from? Or is it 

there for someone to write on the paper?

  This field is intended to populate with various pieces of information that are related to the patient: Things like outstanding claims; over due balances; recare that is due; or related patient information that may be pertinent. At the current time, the only thing that will populate under the FYI field is a "Happy Birthday" message if the patient's birthday is within two weeks of the appointment, either before or after.
