Why is the chart not loading all the teeth

    This is generally from procedures that do not have surface, tooth, or quadrant treatment areas selected.  Generally this is caused by procedures that were converted from the office's previous practice management software.  

    If you can find the procedure(s) that are missing the required information and add it in then this will resolve the issue.
