Having 0.00 in Fee Schedule causes whole office fee for those procedures to be written off.

    Does this mean that when creating a new PPO fee schedule, you need to copy the existing office fee schedule (UCR fees) before editing codes to the contracted fees that the insurance company covers?

    Yes, you can do that first.  Or if you are uploading a fee schedule from a CSV file you can choose to copy ).00 fees or missing fees from an existing fee schedule.  (See Screen Shot)
