Patient plans for Patient ID XXXXXX are incorrect

    Check the patient insurance information and ensure that the Type is not "0" when you open the insurance information page, and that when you open the insurance plan that the "Coverage Type" is not blank. 


    If either of these conditions is not true, i.e. the "Coverage Type" is blank, then remove the insurance plan and re-attach the plan and ensure that the above conditions are met.

    You should now be able to preview and print both walkout statements and preview treatment plans.
