First determine if the problem is only on one workstation or on all the workstations in the office. If the problem is on only one workstation at the office, try the steps below.
1. Try to refresh the screen. (If you still cannot scroll, continue to step 2)
2. open the console and then empty cache and hard reload. (If you still cannot scroll, continue to step 3)
a. Press the F12 key on the keyboard
b. Right click on the reload icon next to the URL address field
c. Click on “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” option
( For Mac computers follow these steps:)
a. Go to the chrome settings
b. Then go to privacy (might be in the advanced settings and needs to be expanded)
c. Make sure "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "cached images and files" are at least checked.
d. Then click on clear browsing data
e. Close the settings tab and return to Dentrix Ascend
f. Push "CMD+SHIFT+R" to perform a hard reload
3. close chrome browser and reopen and log into Dentrix Ascend again
