This message will appear if there is not a practice ID AND the exact username found on that URL.
Some suggestions on what to do when you see this message
Verify that the web address is the correct one you should be using (for example live.dentrixascend.com, live3.dentrixascend.com, beta.gryphondds.com).
Check and make sure that the username that was used in the setup is the exact one being typed in. Sometimes after a database conversion to Dentrix Ascend, the username that converted will have the location name behind it in parentheses [for example: ADMIN (Main Dental Site) ]
Have the Ascend Administrator for your practice verify that an account is indeed setup with that information
