Occasionally we hear of an office stating they have a few computers get a message saying "Invalid Server Certificate."
Each time we have seen this though, it has been on a Windows XP computer with Service Pack 2.
Simply running Windows updates has fixed this every time. The most important update to get is Service Pack 3 but consult with your computer expert before updating.
To navigate to the updates and perform the task yourself, click on the start menu, then go to the control panel, then select "Automatic Updates."
Once in here, you will see different options that may be selected. Look towards the bottom of all that text for the hyperlink that says "Windows Update Web site" Click on this, select the express option, then select the updates you want to install. Your computer may need to reboot after some updates have been installed, and more updates may become available once previous ones have been installed, so you may want to check pending updates again. Of course, make sure to consult with who ever is designated as your computer expert.
