Adding a plan
I am trying to add a new plan for a patient but because their coverage date started on 4/01/2017 it is not letting me add the plan to the patient's file.
What do I have to change to fix that?
In most cases if you cannot add a plan it is either because there is already a plan of the same type or during the same time frame. I would recommend that you make sure that the "Show Expired Plans" button is switched to on.
