    We are aware of a period of time where claims that were in a "Sent" status were actually not sent. This concern is currently reported as resolved. Any claims that are in a sent status that were submitted prior to 12/23/2016 should be resubmitted. Claim processing does not occur on weekends or on holidays. 

    If you notice that claims are in a "Sent" status for more than 24 hours, please contact support.
