The Dentrix Ascend eStatement feature allows you to create billing statements and send text or email messages to patients with a link to view their statement online (and pay them online if you have a WorldPay account). When patients follow the link, the first thing they see is a preview page with your practice name. This lets the patient know the link is valid and has gone to the right place.
There may come a time when you need to change or “rebrand” the location or practice name that appears in the preview page. You cannot do this through the Location Information settings; instead, you must email a request to Support who will communicate the change to the group that handles electronic billing. Please note that these changes may take a few days to appear.
For questions related to your bill as a customer of Henry Schein One—for example to update your practice information or physical location—please contact the Billing department through the online customer portal.
