To have access to all the resources in the Dentrix Ascend Resource Center, you must create a Resource Center user account. This account is separate from your Dentrix Ascend user account.
To create an account
On the Help menu , click (or tap) Resource Center.
The Resource Center opens on a new tab or window of your Web browser.
Click (or tap) the Sign in link.
The Sign in to Dentrix Ascend dialog box appears.
Click (or tap) the Sign up link.
The Sign up to Dentrix Ascend dialog box appears.
Enter Your full name and Your email address, and select the I'm not a robot check box for the CAPTCHA.
Click (or tap) Sign up.
A message appears, asking you to check your email for a message with a link to verify your email address.
Click (or tap) Close, and then close the browser tab or window that is displaying the Resource Center.
Open the Welcome to Dentrix Ascend email message in your email program or website, and then click (or tap) the link to verify your email and create credentials.
The Resource Center opens on a new tab or window of your Web browser and displays the Choose your secret password dialog box.
Note: Your name appears. This will be your user name.
Enter Your password.
Note: You can use the same password that you use for Dentrix Ascend.
Click (or tap) Set password.
You are now logged in to the Resource Center.
To request that your Resource Center user account be linked to your Dentrix Ascend organization, contact Support.
Important: Until your account is linked to your organization, you will not have access to any product roadmap information.
