The online booking feature allows patients to book recare appointments online. You can turn this feature on and off as needed.
Note: Online booking settings are location specific (each location of your organization has its own online booking settings).
To set the number of time slots to display for online booking
How to get there
If you are not already viewing the correct location, select it on the Location menu.
On the Settings menu, under Location, click (or tap) Schedule Template.
The Schedule Template page opens.
On a location's Schedule Template page, do one of the following:
To allow the online booking website to display multiple available time slots on a given day, if the Only show first available slot switch (at the top of the page) is set to Off , turn it On.
Note: Be aware that providing multiple time slots can result in a fragmented schedule.
To allow the online booking website to display only the first available time slot on a given day, if the Only show first available slot switch (at the top of the page) is set to On , turn it Off.
Note: Allow up to 24 hours for online booking changes to take effect.
