    I did a test on the electronic statements and I sent it once, I have received about 15 texts to myself... Is this normal?  My patients are not going to be happy if that is the case, I'm annoyed that I have gotten so many.

    This is not normal. Call support at 855-232-9493 or send an email with your office information to support@dentrixascend.com so we can track the occurrences and notify you when there is a resolution.

    I fail to see how any of this helps the functionality of running a business. This is supposed to be one of the best programs on the market and we have nothing but issues with it. No time clock, no way to send communications via text or sent out newsletters, the electronic billing was shut off, the reporting is beyond confusing with having multiple reports on how to show a provider is supposed to be paid.... does anyone who works in dental actually help create this program? Ugh, so frustrated. :(
