You can delete any registered kiosk device that you no longer want to use for patient forms.
To delete a kiosk device
How to get there
If you are not already viewing the correct location, select it on the Location menu.
On the Settings menu, under Location, click (or tap) Patient Forms.
The Patient Forms page opens.
On a location's Patient Forms page, click (or tap) Manage Kiosks.
The Manage Kiosks dialog box appears.
Click (or tap) EDIT.
The devices become available for deletion.
Select the desired Delete check box.
Click (or tap) SAVE.
Close the Manage Kiosks dialog box.
