You can delete a time block from your scheduling template as needed.
Note: Time blocks are location specific (each location of your organization has its own scheduling template).
To delete a time block from a scheduling template
How to get there
If you are not already viewing the correct location, select it on the Location menu.
On the Settings menu, under Location, click (or tap) Schedule Template.
The Schedule Template page opens.
Note: To manage time blocks for scheduling templates, your user account must have rights to "Review Location Information" and "Manage Location Information."
On a location's Schedule Template page, select an Operatory that has a time block that you want to delete.
Tip: To help you identify which time blocks are for which providers in a selected operatory, you can Filter by Provider: with All selected, all time blocks appear normally; with a specific provider selected, the time blocks for that provider appear normally, and other time blocks appear faded.
Click (or tap) a time block.
The Time Slot dialog box appears.
Click (or tap) Delete.
A confirmation message appears.
Click (or tap) OK.
Note: Allow up to 24 hours for online booking changes to take effect.
