Dentrix Ascend has a virtual filing cabinet called the Document Manager. This is where all patient documents are stored. These documents can be organized by adding tags to them or by editing the name of the document. If you have the need to export a document, that can also be done from the Document Manager.

- Exported documents typically will download into your Downloads folder. Depending on your settings in Chrome, it may open a dialog box requesting you to choose where the document is saved.
