When patients come in for their appointments, it’s important to know whether they have a medical condition you should be aware of. Dentrix Ascend allows you to add medical alerts and specify which alerts you want to pop up on your screen when you access a patient’s record. With these alerts, you see right away when there is an important issue the doctor needs to know about.

- When a medical alert is expired it cannot be deleted. If an alert is accidentally expired, it should be recreated.
