Adding, Updating, and Deleting a Patient Picture

They say a picture is worth 1000 words.  That is true if you have ever looked out in your waiting room to see if your next patient is there. As much as we would like to recall our patients by just their names, sometimes we forget what they look like.  Assigning a patient picture can help you enter your waiting room with confidence knowing who you are looking for.

Additional Information

• The first time you use this feature, Ascend will ask permission to have access to the camera attached to your computer or device. Allow access in order to take patient pictures.
• If you import an image file, it should be less than 20 MB in size and must be a .gif, .jpg/.jpeg, or .png file type.
