One of the most frequent things you do in a dental office is schedule appointments. In Dentrix Ascend this is a seamless process whether you are scheduling recare procedures or treatment planned procedures. There are also important shortcuts and tabs that offer valuable information on the appointment screen.

- To update a patient’s contact information such as phone number or primary contact, click the Contact Info tab while scheduling an appointment.
- To see other appointments for members of the same household, see the related appointment tab inside the appointment screen.
- Medical alerts can be viewed or updated while making an appointment by clicking on the Medial Alerts tab inside the appointment screen.
