Generating a Statement for a Specific Patient

As part of a patient's checkout, you may discuss finances with the patient (or the patient’s guarantor). Consequently, he or she may want a copy of their current statement. Dentrix Ascend makes it easy to generate financial statements for your patients.

Additional Information

• On the statement, a “balance forward” amount will appear for the account's balance, which summarizes transactions before its specified date.
• When selecting a due date that is different from the default of 30 days out, select a date that is up to 180 days out.
