As we continue to provide you with the latest and greatest version of Dentrix Ascend through automatic updates, we sometimes run into unexpected bumps in the road. Regardless of how small the bumps are, we want to keep you as informed as possible.
We will be releasing a new version of Dentrix Ascend tomorrow night, December 3rd. With this release, we have found through our Beta users that you might experience a blank or jumbled screen when you login to Dentrix Ascend Friday morning, December 4th. PLEASE DO NOT PANIC! This issue can be easily resolved by following these simple steps - https://support.dentrixascend.com/entries/23508248-Empty-Cache-and-Hard-Reload.
Again, this will not affect everyone – we just wanted to notify you, in case it does occur.
