You can find answers and participate in the development of Dentrix Ascend by reading Help topics, using the community forums, requesting support, and requesting new features. Use the following guidelines to determine where to go in the Dentrix Ascend Help Center:
If you receive an error message or something is preventing you from your work in Dentrix Ascend, contact Support. From the Help menu , clicktap Request Support.
If you want to know how to do common tasks in or to learn more about how to use Dentrix Ascend, search the Help topics or visit the workflow pages. From the Help menu , clicktap Search Help. to search all the Help topics and workflows or Common Workflows to learn about the common tasks in Dentrix Ascend.

If you are unable to find your answer in the Help topics, visit the community forums, or contact Support. From the Help menu , clicktap either Community Forums to visit the forums or Request Support to open a support ticket.

If you want to request a change in how Dentrix Ascend functions or to suggest a new feature, visit the "Feature Requests" forum. From the Help menu , clicktap Request a Feature. This forum is available only if you have a free Help Center account (separate from your Dentrix Ascend user account) and are logged in to the Help Center.
Check to see if other offices or Support have already made the suggestion that you want to make, and then do one of the following:
If the suggestion is there, add your vote to it. Votes help us prioritize which features and changes you and others want to see. You can also add comments to describe more about how you want to see something done and how it will benefit your office.
If your idea has not already been suggested, post a feature request. New ideas and comments are monitored, and some of the great features of Dentrix Ascend have come from offices.
Note: If a support representative receives a great idea from you, they may post it to the "Feature Requests" forum on your behalf and/or submit the feedback through internal channels.
