The Day Sheet displays charges, payments, adjustments, and unearned revenue for your organization, locations, and individual providers for a specified date range.
To generate the report
How to get there
From the Home menu, under Reports, clicktap Power Reporting.
The Power Reporting page opens.
On the Power Reporting page, clicktap the Day Sheet icon.
The report appears.
The data from your database syncs with the reporting system automatically and displays the time of the last sync on the Data as of button. Data entered in Dentrix Ascend after the time shown will not be available on the report until the next sync. To view the time when the next sync is expected to occur, clicktap the Data as of button.
Set up the following report options as needed:
Dates - By default, the current date is selected, but you can change the start and end dates if needed. The day sheet will include transactions for the specified date or dates.
Location - All the locations of your organization are selected by default. To toggle between excluding and including a location, clicktap that location. If a location button is green and has a check mark, that location is being included. If a location button is blue, that location is being excluded. At least one location must be selected.
Provider - All the providers are selected by default. To toggle between excluding and including a provider's totals, clicktap that provider. If a provider button is green and has a check mark, that provider's totals are being included. If a provider button is blue, that provider's totals are being excluded. At least one provider must be selected.
Output Type - Select one of the output formats: HTML (Paginated), HTML (Single Page), PDF, Excel, Excel 2007, Comma Separated Value, Rich-Text Format, or Text.
If the Auto-Submit check box is clear, clicktap View Report to preview or download the report (depending on the output type). Otherwise, skip this step.
Depending on the output type, do one of the following:
For either of the HTML output types or the PDF output type (if a PDF-reader extension is installed), a preview of the report appears in the report-viewing area. You can print or save a PDF document being displayed in the report-viewing area.
Tip: You can show or hide the report options at the top to reduce or increase the available area for viewing the report by clickingtapping the Report Parameters button .
For the Excel, Excel 2007, Comma Separated Value, Rich-Text Format, Text, or PDF (if a PDF-reader extension is not installed) output types, a document is downloaded to your computer. You can then open and print the document if desired.
