You can enter notes into a patient's record that are specific to that patient, such as to record notes regarding a conversation that you have had with that patient.
To enter a patient note
How to get there
Use the Patient Search box to access a patient's record.
If the last patient record you accessed since you last logged on is the correct patient's record, you do not need to re-enter the patient's name in the Patient Search box.
You can include inactive patients in the search results by setting the Include inactive patients switch to On.
Do one of the following:
ClickTap the Patient Notes box.
ClickTap the Notes tab.
On the Notes tab of a patient's Patient Information page, type any important notes regarding a conversation that you have had with the patient (in person or electronically).
