You can delete a perio exam that was performed in the past 48 hours. You cannot delete a perio exam that was done more than 48 hours in the past, but you can void it. However, you cannot delete or void a perio exam that is attached to a claim.

How to get there
Use the Patient Search box to access a patient's record.
If the last patient record you accessed since you last logged on is the correct patient's record, you do not need to re-enter the patient's name in the Patient Search box.
You can include inactive patients in the search results by setting the Include inactive patients switch to On.
On the Patient menu, under Clinical, click (or tap) Perio.
The patient's clinical record opens with the Perio tab selected.
On the Perio tab of a patient's clinical record, select an exam.
From the Manage button menu, click (or tap) Delete Exam.
A confirmation message appears.
Click (or tap) Delete.
