How to get there
Use the Patient Search box to access a patient's record.
If the last patient record you accessed since you last logged on is the correct patient's record, you do not need to re-enter the patient's name in the Patient Search box.
You can include inactive patients in the search results by setting the Include inactive patients switch to On.
On the Patient menu, under Insurance, click (or tap) Insurance Claims.
The patient's Insurance Claims page opens.
A patient's Insurance Claims page lists all the claims that were created for that patient.
Note: A claim can have any of the following statuses: Unsent, Sent, Zero Payment, Rejected by eServices, Rejected by Payer, Unprocessable Claim, Accepted, Additional Info Requested, Queued.
Click (or tap) any claim to view the details of and attachments that are included with that claim.
