If you are among those affected by Power Report issues the past few weeks, we apologize for your inconvenience and thank you for your patience. The Dentrix Ascend Team recognizes the importance of these reports and the challenges this has presented to month-end reporting.
These issues have been resolved, and we’d like to make sure you have everything you need to reconcile your financials, with accurate records for April, May and June. You should now be able to run your normal Power Reporting financial reports and obtain accurate records for past and current time periods. Please review the attached checklist to ensure you have reconciled your April, May and June financials.
Month End Reconciliation Check List:
- Re-run your Production, Collection, and other financial reports for April and May 2021
- Update financial and accounting records that you maintain outside of Dentrix Ascend (if any).
- If needed, create a plan to adjust provider compensation based on accurate April and May 2021 figures.
- Resume normal month-end processes as June comes to a close.
