Processing credit card payments on the Worldpay iQ website

    Taking payments through ascend usually works well. We do have some issues with the web portal. The login page seems to frequently not work with the correct credentials, and we're forced to reset our password. We have our username remembered in the Google Chrome browser, and their portal never pulls us the saved password. 

    Also, the scheduled payment searching options could be more robust. 


    I know that I  should be taking these complaints straight to them. But, then I thought me with my 2 offices doesn't bring as much influence to the table as Henry Schein ONE since I bring 2 offices to the table, whereas you bring thousand of offices. 


    If you see similar complaints of Worldpay  IQ portal reported, could you please escalate this issue to them?
